Another lunch hangout!

This edition of #EatWithChukwuma was hosted by Lola of Hangout Buddy on 14th July 2018 and was themed: Eat, Games & Connect.

The concept of this hangout was to bring people together to eat and network over some food and board games in an Indian restaurant suitable enough to promote a proper board games experience.

Lola happens to be an expert with organizing crowds for games and hangouts, I knew I had to collaborate with her one way or another.

On this day, 29 attendees enjoyed 2 course meals from a set menu curated by myself and the Peppercorn restaurant management.

Well well, I believe the rest of the details can be expressed in the short video below. Kindly watch to get a glimpse of what to expect at the next hangout edition.

I hope to see you there 😉

Hello there lovely content…would like to be a part of the next one. For those of us who will like to try this for our food blog, my question goes thus…how did you go about sourcing for the restaurant and also funding?

Hi Lionel, thanks. Your email has been added to my mailing list so you’ll definitely be informed prior to my next hangout.
As for sourcing restaurants, I usually go for the upscale casual restaurants that have a friendly staff, conducive arrangement to accommodate large crowds.
As for the funding, well, everyone gets to pay for their own meals.
